NGI Explorers First Open call: results are out!

The NGI Explorers program closed its first Open call on July 31st, 2019. Within this deadline, 130 applications from researchers, and innovators were submitted in the F6S Platform, from 35 EU and H2020 associated countries.

After the review process, performed by 18 external tech and business experts, 25 candidates were short listed to participate in the final round of selection: a deep interview where they had the opportunity to present to the US nodes and the NGI Explorers team their proposal and to answer some questions related to their application.

On Friday, 11 of October 2019, the NGI Explorers team announced the 15 selected candidates (from Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Tunisia, Turkey, Spain and United Kingdom), who will participate in the first expedition to the US. Below the US nodes where our Explorers will complete their Expedition and some figures to summarise the outcomes of the first Open call.
